I am a scientist with extensive interdisciplinary expertise in Immunology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Neurology. My research is focused on investigating the role of innate immunity cells, specifically neutrophils and gamma-delta T cells, in developing neurodegeneration in experimental models of Alzheimer's disease and Multiple Sclerosis. Additionally, I am interested in studying the connection between systemic inflammation and neurodegenerative conditions and discovering the Gut-Brain Connection in Alzheimer's Disease.
