Overview
The objectives of the Doctoral Program in clinical proteomics are to offer theoretical and practical training in the field of proteomics applied to the study of the pathogenesis of non oncological, immuno-rheumatological and cardiovascular blood diseases. During the first year the aim will be to identify a research project, acquire basic clinical and laboratory methodologies related to clinical proteomics; the objective: the progressive acquisition of investigative autonomy. The drawing up and presentation to the teaching staff of a monographic pre-thesis, with discussion of data. During the second and third years data collection will be carried out. Development of methodologies and learning of technologies. Periods of training in the consortium sites and/or in highly specialised centres. The objectives are the acquisition of complete investigative autonomy and the ability to write a research project and to perfect the methodology. Preparation and presentation of doctoral thesis and discussion.
