Curriculum

La Prof.ssa Rachele Ciccocioppo ha conseguito la Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia nel 1987 e si è specializzata in Gastroenterologia ed Endoscopia Digestiva nel 1991, e in Medicina Interna nel 2014. Nel 1993 ha lavorato presso il Centro di Neuroscienze della Flinders University di Adelaide (South Australia) occupandosi della neurotrasmissione inibitoria nella peristalsi intestinale. Nel 2001 ha lavorato presso il Laboratorio del Prof. Detlef Schuppan dell’Università di Erlangen-Norimberga (Germania) occupandosi del ruolo delle metalloproteasi di matrice nella malattia celiaca. Dal 1996 al 2017 ha lavorato con il Maestro, Professor Gino Roberto Corazza, occupandosi di immunologia mucosale e da circa un decennio si occupa di terapia cellulare, in particolare con cellule staminali mesenchimali.
