Cytochrome P450, preeclampsia, normal pregnancy

Cytochrome P450 metabolites are involved in vasoprotective, antiinflammatory and renal excretory mechanisms that epitomize their critical roles in circulatory adaptations to pregnancy and modulation of hemodynamic alterations in preeclampsia.
We aim to compare levels of vasoactive cytochrome P450 metabolites of arachidonic acid in plasma, urine and red blood cells (RBCs) in preeclamptic and normal women in different phases of pregnancy.
