To identify early biochemical and morphological effects of anticancer drugs targeting intracellular signaling networks by FTIRM at single cell and sub-cellular levels. To develop procedures and optimize instrumental setup for the potential application of FTIRM to pre-clinical drug screening assays in cell models and to identify drug-resistant cancer cell subpopulations in leukaemic patients.
