The weight gain affects a high number of breast cancer patients, during and after the treatments. The Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), offers strategies in order to increase psychological flexibility, and has shown to be effective in reducing and maintaining weight.The aim is to evaluate the effect of ACT on weight loss in breast cancer patients with BMI ≥ 28.
