Curriculum

Dr. Elisa Tinazzi is a medical doctor specialised in Internal Medicine (2003). In 2008 she obtained a research doctorate in Clinical Proteomic.
The main interests, both in clinical and reaserch setting, are represented by autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiences.
She obtained funding under the FIRB 2010 project entitled "DEVELOPMENT OF NEW STRATEGIES FOR AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES IMMUNE-MODULATION BY USING PEPTIDES PRODUCED IN PLANTS PLATFORMS".
She partecipate in the Advisory board of Start-up Diamante (DIAgnosi Malattie Autoimmuni con NanoTecnologie). The Start-up partecipate to the following competition.

The autoinflammatory diseases are a heterogeneous group of diseases characterized by a genetic mutation able to modify the immune response and in particular innate immunity cells function. The clinical onset is characterized by the appearance of a continuous or sub-continuous inflammatory picture and is represented by fever, articular and/or cutaneous and/or serological involvement usually in the first years of life.
